Gods

Added and fully implemented gods which serves to extend the later portions of the game - the gods will send blessed avatars to test the player - when they are defeated they leave resources behind them which can develop your nation further.  How tough the enemies they send is dependent on how happy they are which in turn is dependent on your actions. Defeat enough of the god's avatars and they will take their place in the stars and leave you alone. Banish all of the gods to unlock the achievement that even I haven't managed so far!
